TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of
the Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District, Rio Blanco
County, State of Colorado:
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a regular election of the Western Rio
Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District shall be held on Tuesday, May
6, 2008, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
The election is being conducted as a mail ballot election in joint with the Rangely Hospital
District. Mail ballots will be mailed to
eligible electors between 25 and 15 days before the election (April 11 – 21).
The address of the walk-in locations
for the delivery of mail ballots and receipt of replacement ballots is:

District Hospital, 511 S. White Ave.
Western
Rio Blanco Recreation Center, 611 S. Stanolind Ave. (drop-off only)
The address of the locations for application and the
return of mail-in ballots (absentee ballots) and the hours during which the
office will be open:

The office is open Monday through Friday, between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., beginning at least 25 days
prior to Election Day (April 11) and from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Election
Day.
